The volume charge for residential sewer billing is based on water consumption for the January and March billing periods. For the May, July, September and November billing periods, consumption is based on the average winter use during the prior January and March billing cycles.
Garbage
Roller cans are provided by the City in 35 gallon, 65 gallon, or 95 gallon sizes at no cost to the customer. Weekly pick-up is required, with the exception of the 35 gallon can, which may be scheduled for an every-other-week pick-up. Customers must have their can(s) curb or roadside by 6:30 a.m. on service day.

Recycling
$3.32/month for weekly service.
Pickup is the same day as your garbage service day. Residents will be provided with a 65-gallon container for mixed recyclables and a small plastic tote for glass at no cost. Contact Waste Connections at 360-892-5370 to request the placement of bins.
Yard Debris
$14.42/bi-monthly or $68.59/year for 96 gallon container.
Billing for optional yard debris service comes as a separate statement from Waste Connections. Contact Waste Connections at 360-892-5370 to sign up for the yard debris program.
Storm Water
Inside City Limits $9.00 per month.
Office Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
