Transportation Impact Fee
The Transportation Impact Fee (TIF) was developed to help fund transportation improvements that will be needed as development occurs in Camas.

New development is assessed a fee that is dedicated to specific transportation projects identified in the TIF Study. The study is updated every five years to verify growth projections, address land-use changes, and make route adjustments. The City of Camas is currently using the 2003 study update which is consistent with the Growth Management Act/Comprehensive Plan updates currently in effect.
