Design
Review is applicable to all Commerical and Multi-Family developments, as well as developments within specified gateway areas. The Design
Review Manual contains principles and guidelines
for developments in these zones. If developing in downtown Camas, then the Downtown Design Manual is applicable in addition to the other standards.

Design Review Public Meetings
The Design Review Committee meets on an as needed basis to review certain Design Review proposals. The meetings are generally held on the last Wednesday of the month, in the Council Chambers of the Camas Municipal Building, located at 616 NE Fourth Avenue.
