After hours road and water/sewer emergencies: Call Sonitrol @ 360-737-0592

Urgent situations, i.e., stop sign down, road hazard, major water leak, etc. Call 817-1563.

For the following situations, e-mail or call Archie Blanchard at 817-1565.

Streets:
• Your street light is out or going on and off.
Street lights that are a hazard should be reported by calling immediately 360-817-1565. An orange ribbon tied around the pole designates it as a pole that Clark Public Utilities will be working on. In this case, it may take a month or so.

• Non-urgent street repair, sweeping schedule, or an animal carcass that needs to be removed from the street.

• Non-emergency problem with the storm sewer in your street.

Water/Sewer:
• For a minor water leak, e-mail or call Mike Stevens at 817-1567.
If you turn all the water off in the residence and the red dial on your water meter is not moving, it’s most likely a City problem, so call us at 360-817-1567. If the dial moves, it’s a problem within the residence and not the City’s responsibility.

Step Alarm:
• To report a step alarm, it’s very important that you reach someone immediately. Call 360-817-1567.
