We Three will perform at Crown Park on Thursday, July 27 from 6:30PM to 8:30PM. Camas Parks & Recreation will host a table on-site with information on all of our summer special events, youth programs and pool activities. Partners with Camas Parks & Rec will join us to share volunteer opportunities with our popular activities.
We Three is a trio of adult siblings whose musical style spans the genres of pop, folk, singer-songwriter and contemporary styles. The trio, Bethany, Manuel and Joshua, are featured performers at the popular Ten Grands Concerts produced by Michael Allen Harrison, which draws thousands of people annually in support of Music Education. Their national caliber musicianship and vocals have earned them performances at numerous venues, including Lake Oswego’s concerts in the park and McMennamin’s Mission Theater. In addition, Bethany, Manuel and Joshua, along with their father, run a well-known music school, “The Humlie School of Music” in McMinnville, Oregon. To listen to We Three’s music style, visit their web site at www.wethreemusic.com.
This year’s food vendor on site will be Getta Gyro featuring their local favorite traditional gyros and greek salads. Food can also be found off-site at Top Burger, located across the street from the park, or from a variety of restaurants in downtown Camas, four blocks away. And, picnic dinners are always welcome.
Krista Bashaw, Special Events Coordinator for the City of Camas, commented, “I am very excited to introduce We Three to our community concert attendees. I think they’ll be floored by this trio’s stunning vocalizations and musicianship that We Three puts forth so effortlessly.”
The Summer Concerts in the Park series is coordinated by Camas Parks and Recreation and continues through Thursday, August 10. No alcohol or animals are allowed in the park. For the full concert line-up, visit www.cityofcamas.us/parks.
