Applications for permits shall be made to the Fire Department on a form provided by the Fire Department and accompanied with 2 sets of plans and specifications and other information as may be necessary to determine compliance with fire and life safety codes and standards.
Application may be made Tuesday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM at the Fire Department located at 616 NE 4th Avenue.
