Jun 25   Creature Feature: A hands-on reptile show for kids at 2 pm & 4 pm.
Jun 26   Storytime in Camas Parks Series- Dorothy Fox Park: Enjoy an outdoor storytime for all young children & their families at 11 am. Look for the blue umbrella!
Jun 26   Bollywood & Henna Tattoos: Middle and high school students, join us in learning the popular art of Bollywood-style dancing & henna tattooing at 2 pm. Sign-up required.
Jun 27   Great Decisions 2018: Come listen to discussions from a grass-roots foreign policy group, held on the last Wednesday of the month from 1:30-3:30 pm.
Jun 28   Summer Movie, Trolls: Family movies & popcorn, what could be better? Showing Trolls at 2 pm - rated PG.
Jun 28   Simply Write: A writer's support group. Meetings are every 4th Thursday of the month from 5:30 - 7:30 pm.
Jun 30   Family Yoga: Family yoga time, provided by Erika Levy of Empress Yoga from 11 am - noon.
Jun 30   Celtic Muse Harp Duo: Listen to the relaxing sound of ancient ballads and light classics from 2 - 4 pm.
Jul   6   First Friday: An opening reception for the new Second Story Gallery artist, featuring live music upstairs in the Camas Public Library from 6 - 8 pm.
Jul   7   Bee Club: A place to discuss beekeeping techniques, philosophy, activism, and more. Held on the first Saturday of each month from 10 am - noon.
Jul   7   Caturday Adoption: The West Columbia Gorge Humane Society will be here for an adoption event from 11 - 2 pm.
Jul 10   Storytime in Camas Parks Series- Klickitat Park: Enjoy an outdoor storytime for all young children & their families at 11 am. Look for the blue umbrella!
Jul 10   Alex Zerbe the Zaniac: A family-friendly action comedy show at 2 pm.
Jul 11   Teen Zine: Come work on zines, comics, or other paper crafts in the Teen Room. Supplies provided. Rescheduled due to the holiday; normally every 1st Wednesday of the month 3 - 5pm.
Jul 12   Summer Movie, Hairspray: Family movies & popcorn, what could be better? Showing Hairspray at 2 pm - rated PG.
Jul 12   Forever Young Book Group: For adults who love to read young adult books! Meetings are on the 2nd Thursday of the month at Starbucks on 192nd from 6 - 7:45 pm.
Jul 14   All Ages Book Swap: Trade your used books with others and take home as many as you bring! From 2 - 4 pm.
Jul 16   Charlie the Noiseguy: Join us for a children's comedy show by Charlie the Noiseguy at 2 pm.

Jul 20   Board Game Night: A monthly Friday night opportunity for adults to come socialize and play games together from 6:30 - 9:30 pm. Games provided or bring your own. 
Jul 21   Needle Felted Cute Critters Workshop: Adult & Teens, come learn how to needle felt at 2 pm. All supplies provided. Sign up required.
Jul 23   Craft, Rattle & Roll: Pre-K Kids and parents, come make musical instruments with us at 11 am.
Jul 24   Storytime in Camas Parks Series- Oak Park: Enjoy an outdoor storytime for all young children & their families at 11 am. Look for the blue umbrella!
Jul 24   Teen Make Me: A drop-in crafting time for 6th-12th graders from 3 - 5 pm.
Jul 26   Book 2 Art Club: Read the book, make some art & meet for a lively discussion at 6:30 pm! Sign up required. July's book is The Warden's Daughter by Jerry Spinelli.
Jul 27   Camas Days Children's Parade (Library Group): Join library group as we walk in the parade. All ages are welcome. Wear red and/or black to show your Camas pride. Meet on Franklin St next to the Library at noon; the parade begins at 12:15.

  Weekly
  Crochet Club: For all ages, elementary-aged children please attend with an adult. Meets every Thursday from 3 - 4:30 pm in the Teen Room.
  Storytimes: Join us every weekday for storytimes in the library! See our storytime list for times. 
  English Conversation Club: A casual gathering of ESL speakers. 12:30-2pm every Tuesday. The club will take a Summer Break beginning July 17th through September 11th.
    Second Story Gallery
   

“My Color Journey” June 1-30, Second Story Gallery, upstairs in the Camas Public Library. Pastels by prizewinning artist Catherine Snyder. Opening reception with music provided by keyboardist Rob Lewis from 5 to 8 p.m. on First Friday. For the remainder of the month, the gallery is open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Saturday. 360-834-4692 www.secondstorygallery.net.
